For reference, here are all of the Workout Wednesdays videos so far.
The idea is that you start with Week One, and work your way through in order. Perform each workout three times during the week before performing the next workout three times the following week... and so on.
Have the video playing while you perform the workout, and perform the training session at the same pace as me. If you fall behind as you are checking on the technique of an exercise... of course you can then pause the video in order to catch up.
Of course, anyone can perform these workouts. But the idea was to create a workout video series for Men who are just starting out on their strength training journey, so I can walk you through how to progress your workouts appropriately each week. As such, the workouts get tougher over time... but you will also be getting stronger as well!
No equipment is used for any of these workouts. So you can do them at home, in your garden, in the park. Anywhere!
